If I said “There’s a blessed person,” who would you expect to see? Someone who’s life is great? Health, family, job–all great?

Jesus turned that around. He said blessings don’t depend on your health or good circumstances. Choosing to show mercy or to make peace is blessed.

This week we meet some people in need of blessings. Jesus heals their bodies, but he also gives them a bigger blessing.
